ABOUT JESS DINES...

Jess E. Dines earned a BS degree in electronic engineering, is a graduate of the Andrew Bradley training and advanced forensic document examiner courses, and is a Diplomate, American College of Forensic Examiners International. He has always been accepted as a qualified expert witness and has testified more than 100 times. He has been retained more than 600 times, in civil and criminal matters, in state and federal cases, by attorneys, law enforcement personnel, public defenders, organizations, businesses and investigators for city, county and state agencies. A prolific writer, Mr. Dines is the author of Document Examiner Textbook and Expert Witness Manual as well as scores of articles that have appeared in criminal bar newsletters, Orange County Lawyer, Los Angeles Daily Journal, Citation, Ventura County Lawyer and Riverside Lawyer. His topics included testifying as an expert witness; Q&A for cross-examination and depositions; exhibits as demonstrative evidence; computer-printer generated fraud, and the trial and its preparation.
